We’re thrilled to announce our 5th Annual Savings & Benefits Expo, taking place on June 27th at the Country Club Ballroom from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM. This event is a fantastic opportunity for you to showcase your services and products to a wide audience.
Wall Spot Table Information (LMCA Members Only)
- $400 per spot
- 8-foot table along the ballroom walls, allowing ample setup space
- Bring your company highlights and products, including TVs, fliers, giveaways, etc. Please bring your extension cord.
- Banner stands or exhibit displays can be placed behind or next to your table (avoiding interference with neighbors’ setups).
- Tablecloth and 2 chairs per table provided.
- Shipping items to the Country Club before the event is possible (Attention: Gaby Martinez for LMCA Expo Event)
Center Spot Table Information:
FREE for Allied Members, $650 for Non-Members
- 8-foot table in the center area of the ballroom
- Limited space for a small banner next to or behind your table. Fill your table with company fliers, information, goodies, giveaways, a TV/computer with images of your company, etc. Please bring your extension cord.
- Tablecloth and 2 chairs per table provided.
- Shipping items to the Country Club before the event is possible (Attention: Gaby Martinez for LMCA Expo Event)
We encourage each exhibitor to participate in our giveaway by donating 2 prizes. There is no price limit on the door prize.
